In addition to consulting, he participates in applied business research and post-graduate supervision, as well as pro-bono work in the arts sector.
Andrey is a Chair of the board of a local Charity and was a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors, having achieved a Chartered Member Assessment Certificate and a Certificate in Company Direction.
Andrey also holds a Doctorate in Economics (Universität Mannheim, Germany), a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) (University of Auckland, NZ), and a Certificate in Brand Management (Melbourne Business School, Australia).
Marina Mavrodieva-Ivanov

Over the past decade, Marina has been concentrating on pro-bono projects for Ivanov Consulting within the arts, education, and start-up sectors. She also runs administrative side of Ivanov Consulting.
Prior to Ivanov Consulting, Marina worked for BASF’s sustainability team, and ran training programmes for Dekra Akademie (Germany) to help unemployed get back into the labour force.
Marina holds a joint Master’s degree in Economics and Linguistics (Universität Mannheim, Germany), and a MarketingWeek miniMBA in Brand Management with Mark Ritson.
